Garnier claims this to have "Triple Mineral Action and Salicylic Acid specifically developed to help fight the appearance of imperfections, blackheads and excess surface sebum". For anyone who doesn't know what "sebum" is, it's an oily substance produced by your sebaceous glands which are found throughout all of your skin, except your palms funnily enough, despite it's name which makes me chuckle. There are clear instructions on the back;
Wash: Zinc Derivative-Intensly cleanses and eliminates impurities. -Garnier agree 89%
Apply to wet face, massage and rinse with water.
Scrub: Pumice-To remove dead skin cells and unclog pores. -Garnier agree 88%
Daily, massage on forehead, nose and chin.
Mask: White Clay-It helps mattify the skin's appearance. -Garnier agree 91%
2-3 times a week, leave on face for three minutes.
I have used this three times in the past seven days, and have noticed a significant difference in my skin. The product is for "Oily Skin Prone To Imperfections" and my skin type I would say is Oily-Combination and the morning after using this on my face my skin has felt increasingly tighter and fresher. I also had a spot on my chin which dried up after two uses.
The texture is very thick and clay-like, it has exfoliating scrub in it which is probably what makes the texture so thick. It confuses me a little because I was under the impression that you used this as a wash, a scrub and a mask at the same time which is how I've been using it but the instructions are split up which might indicate that you use it as either or.
Pros: True To It's Promises (clears up oily skin)
Thick Constancy
Cons: Unclear Instructions
